mikocoffee.eshops.mu processes payment through MIPS MyPay who does not store card details. MIPS My Pay is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant payment ecosystem.
When you choose an online payment option, your card information is securely processed through the payment gateway.
Rest assured that your card is safely encrypted as it travels over the Internet.
Important: It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify, under 48 hours, that payment corresponds to what should have been paid and that payment has well been done. No reclamation can be made to MIPS after 48 hours.
Free Delivery is currently limited as follows:

Tuesday: North Region
Wednesday: Central Region
Thursday: East region
Friday: West Region

Minimum order is MUR 1000 with online payment facilities using debit or credit card.
Any confirmed order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
In case we are unable to fulfil your confirmed order, a refund will be made within 10 working days.
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify quantity and condition of goods upon receipt and, in case of damage or missing items on delivery, to notify and file a claim with deliverer and inform Miko Coffee within seven days of receipt – keeping all relevant invoices and delivery notes.
Miko Coffee (Mauritius) Ltd shall provide you with same replacement goods or full refund if unable to do so.
The Miko Coffee machines are guaranteed pursuant to the specific terms and conditions listed in the original product documentation and such guarantee is without prejudice to any of your statutory consumer rights.
